Over the Hill, Under the Sheets is a podcast about dating over 40 and beyond.
Doesn't it seem like almost every conversation or depiction of dating is about people in their 20s and 30s––ignoring that people in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond are dating, hooking up, and longing for connection too?
Yet dating, love and romance is lot more interesting and complicated at these stages, isn't it?
How do you make room, for example, for somebody in your life when you're busy and otherwise content? Do you really want to move in after you've lived alone so long? How do you date after divorce? Or with kids, a health condition, or an ailing parent? How do you deal with bouts of loneliness, the subtle judgement from coupled people, the parents who keep "hinting" at a grandkid, or wondering if you shouldn't have prioritized your career?
